Granola

I thought I would share our favourite granola recipe.  🙂

Granola

16 c quick oats
4 c coconut
1 c cornmeal
1 c almonds, chopped or sliced.

2 c oil
2 c water
2 c honey
1 T salt
1 T vanilla
1 T almond flavoring

Mix first 5 ingred in large bowl, set aside.  Mix or blend
remaining ingred and add to oat mixture. Mix together well.  Bake
on large cookie sheets @ 200 for about 4 hours or so.  Delicious
with rasins, chopped dates, or chopped fresh fruit.  A favourite
here!!
